Assorted Survivalists

Outfits/armor for Fallout 4.
Originally the raiders in Fallout 4 were meant to have a more grounded survivalist look to them and these were some of those designs. Eventually the raiders returned to a more “Mad Max” look and these looks were blended in and used for more generic npcs as well.
